  • What areas do you service?
    We serve all over Suffolk County, NY! If you are unsure if we service your area, please contact cleanitforyou@outlook.com or call us at (631) 715-9565
  • How much does it cost to clean my home?
    Our cleaning start as low as $100! Schedule a FREE ESTIMATE at (631) 715-9565
  • What is your 100% Happiness Guarantee policy?
    We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee on our cleanings. All our cleaners pride themselves on providing a high-quality and thorough service. If something is not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return no later than 3 days to re-clean for free.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we ask our clients to give us a 48 hours notice before canceling an appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, it will be 50% of the cleaning cost. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Can I schedule a specific time for my cleanings?
    If you request a time for us to be at your home, then we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. As we clean multiple homes during the day, we can sometimes fall behind if a customer needs extra attention or another unforeseen event occurs. We might not be able to come at a specific time, but we will try our best and communicate any changes immediately.
  • What if I have pets?
    We love animals, but they may not always love us. If you think your pet will be anxious around our cleaners, you can make temporary arrangements for them while we are in your home. For the safety of our teams, we cannot: ⛔️ Feed Pets ⛔️ Clean Cages ⛔️ Walk Pets ⛔️ and other related activities
  • Is Clean It For You insured?
    Clean It For You carries full coverage for lost, breakage or damage to home or office while cleaning your home.
  • What are your service exclusions?
    ⛔️ Cleaning of Extreme Clutter ⛔️ Lifting items weighting over 25 lbs. (i.e. large furniture) ⛔️ Heavy Scrubbing of Walls High To Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder) ⛔️ Cleaning of Outside Windows ⛔️ Cleaning of Animal Waste/Litter
  • How do I get the best experience?
    To ensure your service goes smoothly, we suggest that you: ✔️ Communicate openly and clearly with your cleaner when giving instructions. ✔️ De-clutter your home (by clearing counters and tables, putting away toys, clothes and accessories, securing valuables, etc.) The less time the cleaners spend de-cluttering your home before they can actually clean, the better your cleaning experience will be. (Please Note: Extreme Clutter/Hoarding is considered an Exclusion.) Performing a walkthrough at the beginning and end of each appointment. ✔️ This eliminates any gray area, and sets clear expectations for both you and your cleaner. ✔️ Making sure you indicate any areas you would like cleaners to focus on (or avoid altogether), whether in person or by utilizing the customer notes. Remember, each customer has different expectations. To make sure yours are met, make them clear to your cleaner.
  • What is a Deep Cleaning?
    A deep clean is a thorough and detailed type of cleaning. It’s for customers who haven’t had their homes professionally cleaned in the past 30 days. This allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. On our first visit, we usually spend a bit more time to allow the teams to familiarize themselves with your home.
  • What services don't you offer?
    There are some things that we can’t do! Mainly because it could result in injury and we want our teams to be safe! ⛔️ Moving Heavy Furniture ⛔️ Animal Waste/Litter ⛔️ Heavy Scrubbing of Walls ⛔️ Washing of Exterior Windows
  • Will I have the same team for every clean?
    Yes! Your cleaning will be offered to the same team. It may be difficult to reschedule with the same cleaner depending on their schedule. If the cleaner is not available, we will send a substitute. To ensure you receive the same cleaner every-time, please keep your appointments unchanged.
  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
    You do not have to be home for the cleaning. Simply leave a key under the mat, with your concierge, in the mailbox, or whatever is most convenient for you.
